As a Career Soldiers wife, I am here to care for your pets when you can't. I understand the concerns of leaving your companion with the the right pet sitter or evening dealing with the idea of leaving them at a kennel facility that is why I created a-HOME away- from HOME boarding pet care so that fellow Military Families can travel knowing their pets will remain in the safety and familiar environment of HOME. Your furry baby/babies will be closely supervised indoor and outdoors A "MEET-N-GREET IS REQUIRED" All potential pack members must be checked for individual temperament to confirm they are socially acceptable. There are 2 feedings a day, parents are to provide their fur baby/babies dog's food & crate if needed. Open Paws does supply bowls, beds, toys, treats (Wet Noses) any special diet preparations. Also, we administer medications and provide daily 20-45 minute walks morning and evening all at NO EXTRA fee.
I am a proud owner of a Chocolate Labrador Riley, my GENTLE giant who is a Service and Therapy Dog whom I trained myself for his certification and a Basset Artesian Normand Molly, his companion which we love both deeply. Riley & Molly have full range of our home with a FENCED IN BACK YARD and welcome other furry friends with open paws. For over 19 years I have pet sat and fostered dogs, I am experienced in both oral and subcutaneous medication application and also fully versed in K9 first aid. I have training experience with young, old, aggressive and abused dogs and have become very knowledgeable. With me being a retired LPN and a stay at home mom with our youngest child who is 14 I'm able to spend more time with your pet and give them the attention, love, quality care they need and deserve. My objective is make sure you and your companion are HAPPY and with them staying in a home environment LESS stress, anxiety and NEVER left alone. I 'm available to pick pets up from base M-F as early as 0500. Are you going on LEAVE, THE FIELD, INPROCESSING/PCSing ,or even being DEPLOYED? NO PROBLEM!!! Our family has opened our hearts and home to lovable paws, where they have become family. We are open EVERYDAY 24-7 & Major Holidays with NO HOLIDAY FEE. During Holidays & Vacation breaks I do book FAST Reservations with a deposit of $25.00 which will be credited towards your balance. A 72 hour CANCELLATION notice MUST be given to retain the deposit and BALANCE is DUE ON or BEFORE DROP OFF. You can rely on me whether your away for a few days or weeks ........
